Another Great Year for Dartmouth Youth Lacrosse

PARENTS END OF YEAR PARTY FOR ALL OF DLAX

This Friday 6/12 we will have our second annual end of year party from 6:30-10pm at the Waterfront Grille in Nerw Bedford. It is a great way to end another successful season and we would love to see you there. We will have a SILENT AUCTION to benefit  DLAX and feel free to donate an item even if you just bring it that night.We have some excellent items already donated. For those of you that are still planning out your kids summer plans we have three weeks of lacrosse camps donated(GAMEbreaker Lacrosse@ Umass Dart. and two weeks at Players Choice Camp also @UMASS Dartmouth. Also we have a two week session at Camp Metacomet in Dartmouth.We hope to see you there.

BOYS UPDATE

This Thursday June 11 at 5pm we will have a pizza party and uniform return night at Friends Academy . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring your uniform or if you cannot make it please make arrangements to get it to me or your coach.The U9 players will keep their uniforms for the Jamboree unless they are not playing in the Jamboree. ALL U9 PLAYERS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN THE PARTY ON THURS EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT TURNING YOUR UNIFORM IN. The League has invested thousands of dollars in these uniforms over the last few years and I would appreciate your cooperation in the return of them.

We hope that many of you will continue playing and I will be sending out an e-mail about summer lacrosse opportunities. As we have in years past we hope to keep playing one night a week for those that are interested. It looks like it will be Wed. nights in JUNE AND JULY but more details to follow. Also, I will put together a list of local CAMPS that you may be interested in. In particular the DARTMOUTH HIGH SCHOOL CAMP will be held July 13th- July 17th from 9am-12 at Dartmouth High.

GIRLS UPDATE

We hope the girls of DLAX had as much fun this year as their coaches did.  We hope to see everyone back next year, and good luck to all graduating DLAX’ers — we look forward to cheering you on next year in High School.
